How can i track my shipment?

Once we ship out your order, you should receive a shipment confirmation number within 24-48 hours through email to track your order 

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Where is my confirmation email?

If you have any concerns with your order, please contact our Support Team at support@coolconditioner.com and they will be glad to assist you. Most emails are answered within 1 business day.  

What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

All prices are in AUD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-5 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 6-15 business days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 1 day after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days please contact us.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund.

You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. 

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

 

How can I cancel my order?

Our customer service team will get back to you within 12-24 hours(M-F). Please wait for our reply and do not open a PayPal case immediately after placing an order. We will FOR SURE refund you for unfilled orders.

How long does delivery take?
For AU orders, our standard delivery time is 10–15 working days. 

Can I nominate a date or time for delivery?
Unfortunately we cannot specify a delivery time for orders.

What happens if I don't receive my order on time?
If your order hasn’t arrived, contact our customer services team who will investigate why your order has not been delivered and do their best to resolve any problems for you.
